The Fleet Maintenance Division of Public Works consists of four (4) employees.  Those employees are one (1) supervisor, two (2) auto mechanics and one (1) service technician.

The overall purpose and mission of the fleet maintenance division is to provide routine maintenance and repair, dispense fuel, oil as well as tires, parts and supplies to the city’s 140+ vehicle fleet including annual electronic inspections on vehicles.

Regular service work and most day to day repairs are performed in house.  Local repair shops are used for warranty as well as engine repairs and/or replacements, transmission repairs and/or replacements and major electronic repairs.

Hours of operation for the Fleet Maintenance Division are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays.
